april, 22 2009, earth day now still trying to be green generation to this planet not wasting tissue, not wating the water, turn off unusefull light, and more to do .. -in indonesia- mengingat kota jakarta tercinta ini sudah makin tercemar dengan polusi yang minta ampun itu dan udah berasa pula perubahan cuaca yang tidak menentu dan sangat menggangu kesehatan, di siang hari matahari bersinar terang-benderang cerah-ceria tapi sorenya hujan lebat dan angin kencang wuih bener-bener dah kacau banget cuaca sekarang, mungkin semestinya bis" kota yg sudah tua renta itu tidak lagi beroperasi di jalan-jalan kota ini, dan mungkin semestinya apartement" dan mal" yang besar-besar itu tidak di bangun di kota ini, sunggung sangat disayangkan sekalikota ini tumbuh menjadi kota dengan angka polusi udara yang cukup tinggi sekali. Dulu ku ingat kalo musim ujan tiba,yang notabene bulan desember-mei, bersama anak" tetangga qta masih bisa main ujan-ujanan, main kapal-kapalan pake arus air ujan d jalanan sekarang mah boro" mo main ujan-ujanan kena gerimis dikit aja udah bikin kepala ini terasa pusing, mending klo cuman pusing aja beberapa hari kemudian di sertai dengan pilek dan sakit tenggorokan widih bahaya bener kan.. yah sebagai rakyat biasa memang saya tidak dapat mencegah pembangunan mal" besar itu apalagi memberhentikan bus" tua itu beroperasi, secara saya juga salah satu penumpang d dalam bus tua itu heh... tapi mungkin saya dapat melakukan hal-hal positif yang kecil" aja kali yaa mungkin dengan menghemat pemakaian energi, kaya lampu & air walo pun kadang d anggap sepele, ternyata masih banyak juga kota" d negara qta t'cinta ini yang belum bisa d terangi oleh cahaya lampu d malam hari coba aja kota" d Kalimantan atw Irian Jaya sana msh byk tuh desa2 yg masih gelap gulita klo malam tiba, malah pernah baca d salah satu koran klo orang qta nie curi" listrik dari negara tetangga, ko bisa yahh belum lagi klo mereka meninggal gara" curi-mencuri itu soal'y kan mereka nyuri listrik'y ga pake alat-alat pengaman ya ia lah orang nyuri kasian yaa.. mungkin dari saya hanya bisa berbuat hal-hal kecil tuk dapat menyelamatkan bumi tercinta ini, semoga hal-hal kecil ini dapat menjadi besar bila dilakukan bersama-sama.. sekali lagi selamat hari bumi .. be The Green Generation ..
the book I read now is The Twilight Saga the books mostly tell about friendship, romance, sacrifice, adventure .. want to tell much more but don't know what to say.. lack of words
can't guess the story in this book, well not really.. Yes you can guess but still there is something that you don’t know and you will know only if you read it. Maybe you can guess the end of the story but you still have many question in your mind (well actually my mind :D), it's so great the story, the emotion, the plot I just love it.
you know what.. few days ago a saw a video clip and it was so cool the music, the band, the lyric, the setting, they take a location in an ice mountain (seems like) the lyrics was so in to The Twilight, and then I think maybe it is the soundtracks of the movie but it isn’t so sad :( (just info the band is 30Seconds to Mars - A Beautiful Lie)
realize why the author (Stephanie Meyer, provided the link) always wrote about the Muse in The Twilight Saga, the lyrics was so inspiring well maybe it influenced to the novel, one word.. COOL ..

1. Stretch every extremity for 15 seconds

There's no better way to rid your self of morning breath and begin the day minty fresh. Hundreds of bacteria take up residence in your mouth every night, so just brushing your teeth alone isn't going to vanguish them all.
3. Drink a glass of water
Remember, you've been fasting for all night long, so you wake each morning dehydrated.
4. Check your morning calender
Have a large calender or a whiteboard in a prominent position in the kitchen. on it, write everything you need to know for the day. check it each morning as you sip your coffee - it will help you avoid the stress of forgeting something important.
5. Kiss all the people you love

Do you have any experience with Jet Lag? Do know what causes it?
Jet Lag causes by the difference in time that occurs when we cross the time zones. we all have the internal clock that determines when we should sleep, wake up, eat, or perform other bodily functions during the twenty-four-hour periode. so most travelers are not able to adjust to shorter or longer day.
Jet Lag worse after a flight east than it is after a flight west, because most peolpe can adjust a little better to a longer day than they can to a shorter day. it's also true that people over thirty who tend to have a more established routine are likely suffer the most from jet lag.
How can we deal with Jet Lag?
The most intersting research on how to minimize the effects of jet lag are those are those that show the value of shceduling an early evening arrival. Can you imagine why that might be helpfull? it is because we probably just go to bed. this is also some evidence that light plays a role in accommodating a new sleep cycle.
in addition, it seems that a full stomatch increase the symthoms of restlessness and fatigue. in fact eating a samll meal on the plane should help as long as you don't find the nearest restaurant when you land.
finally, alchohol tends to dehyrate the body, which appers make the jet lag worse. so that is why it is better to drink a lots of water and avoid drinking alcohol on the plane.
how long it take to adjust to a new time zone?
we required a half a day for each time zone crossed, so if you can't include a stopover on a long flight, it is better not to schedule an important meeting for the day you arrival.

- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups warm milk
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
1. In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar; set aside. Preheat waffle iron to desired temperature.
2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the milk, butter and vanilla. Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture; beat until blended.
